Wo regret to record the death today at Ross of ail old and esteemed resident of many year’s, Mr Basil Do Rakker passing away after a short illness. The deceased was a native of Victoria, and 57 years of age, most of tliiit period being spent! in the southern district where he followed mining pursuits. Deceased leaves a widow and two sons 1 basil <4 Wellington, and William of Rossi. To them will be extended tbo deep sympathy of a wide circle of friends. The funeral will take place at Ross on FriI’av afternoon.
