TRIMMER AND HIS DOG. DUNEDIN, Nov 14. At the police court, Andrew Johnson .trimmer on the Otaki. was sentenced to a month’s imprisonment on each of three charges of assaulting the second, chief and seventh engineers. Johnson came hack to the ship, with a dog, and assaults occurred when he wa.s forbidden to take it 'uto the stokehold.
