INCHBONNIiI AND ROTOM \NC .MEETINGS. Mr Seddnn bad a busy day in the north yesterday. He lett Otira in the morning and wended his way to Jackson. where he met the people. Next he crossed to liiclibiiiinie and had a meeting of residents in the afternoon. Mr AT. J. Shaffrey presided at the meeting, during which Mr Seddon dealt with local and farming matters, and made a general criticism of the Goveriiu’ent. Mr Hanson proposed a vote of thanks and renewed confidence in the Afemher. tic motion being seeouedd by Mr J. Smith ami carried unanimously.
Tn the evening at Rotoinaini, Air Seddon addres-ed a crowded meeting. Captain 'Whitmore presided. Air Seddon was accorded a splendid hearing, his address being closely followed throughout. The motion of confident o in Afr Seddon with thanks for the address. was moved by Afr D. Larkin and seconded by ATr J. Haste and carried iinanimoiislv.
Afr Seddon is continuing bis camcaign in the Te Kinga district and tomorrow will he at Lake Brunner.
