A French semi-official message declares British and French general staffs have reached o complete agreement on the military terms of the new Turkish Treaty. Negotiations are progressing between London, Paris and Rome, to arrange a meeting of Allied Ministers preparatory to the Lmsinne Conference. COMTNG LAUSAWF CONFERENCE 1.-ONDON. Nw IV Official circles state the difficulties ergarding the preliminary Allied conference prior to Lausanne arc practically compassed. Lord Curs',on promised to confer with M.
