Replying to a deputation from the Provincial Agricultural Committee, Mr Masscv expressed his sympathy with their request for the use of the Koakum State Farm, to instruct boys in agriculture alter they left school. He said that he would consult the Minister for Agriculture and he hoped to accede to the request.
