SHULL DISASTER. DELHI, Nov 8. A Lucknow message says a shell exploded at Moradabad, killing 17 and wounding seven ex-soldiers, who had served in France and Mesopotamia. They brought home a live shell as a curio, and passed it to a blacksmith, who, by attempting to melt it, caused a terrific explosion. MOSCOW ARREST'S. WARSAW, Noy 8, Twelve hundred students at military schools iu Moscow, Petrograd and elsewhere have been arrested on a charge of high treason, and will be courtmartialled. A number of officers are charged with complicity.
