SUPREME COURT. DUNEDIN, Nov 7. The Criminal sittings opened before Sir Robert Stout. The following prisoners pleaded guilty and were remanded for sentence: — Frederick John Wood, an elderly man of indecent assault; James David Deans, a postal officer, theft of postal packet; Alexander Christie Bennett, to five phargea of breaking and entering.
