The National Assembly passed a lawsuppressing the Sultanate, repealing the law of succession to the Throne, in future the Khalif to be periodically elected, and to possess no governmental prerogative, the National Assembly assuming full power. A salute of one hundred guns at Angora marked the passage of the Bill. . ANGORA DECISION. CONSTANTINOPLE, Nov. 2 Angora Government has announced it considers null and void all treaties and conventions concluded since the lfith March, 1920, by the Constantinople administration.
