Stanley Winwood McKissick Reid, breaking and entering, and theft, three years on probation. Albert George Dolby, breaking, entering and theft. 18-mos reformative treatment. Alice Kemp, theft, 12 months’ reformative treatment. James Eraser, false pretences, three years on probation, and ho was ordered to attend no race meetings. Gerald Ernest Allen, indecent assault. three years’ lull'd labour. ! TIMARU, Oct 31. The Supreme Court opened before Judge Adams who congratulated the town and district on the small calendar. There was only one case for the grand jury. Lindsay Dickie (dialled guilty to stealing £1 lrom a postal packet at Oamaru and to three other charges of appropriating Government moneys. He was admitted to probation lor three years and ordered to pay tin costs of the prosecution.
