The train struck the side car, killing: one occupant, Win. Stanley .McDowell, need JO ’ years, while McSweeney is suffering from cuts, hruisas and shock. .McDowell, who was a stranger to McSwceney, was offered to life just prior to the accident. .McDowell was a married man with two children, and was an inmate of the tubercular sliel ter at Costlcv Home.
