U.S. Air Smugglers.
LIQUOR. FLEET ACROSS CANADIAN BORDER. (Dailv Mail Correspondent). -MONTREAL, Aug. 28 A fleet of 11 aeroplanes is smuggling liquor from Quebec Province into New York State, according to the reported discovery of Mr Appleby, chief of the New York and New .Jersey prohibition enforcement officials. The bootleggers (liquor smugglers), it is said, make regular trips to hong Island. Aeroplanes, it is announced, will hr used to track the men down.*
