Replacement of horse.drawn vehicles by motor delivery vans is being tarried out on a growing scale in Melbourne and in the country districts, (says the “Age.”). One of thci principal retailing companies in. Melbourne has received from the manufacturers the last of a large “fleet” of motor vans: a wholesale company is adopting the same method of distribution. and in numerous other instances the horse is giving way to the motor for trading purposes.
