Important Sale of Farming Property.
An important sale of properties will be held by M. Houston and Co. at their mart on Thursday, 19th October at noon, when tbo well known farm of Airs Harcourt at Humphreys, will be submitted to competition under tlio hammer. The property consists of three bandy sized dairy farms, two of which, viz., tile “Homestead” and “Dwvers” have comfortable dwellings and all necessary farm buildings erected thereon, so that dairying on these could be commenced right away for tbo coming season. The land is in splendid heart, practically all lias been ploughed and free of noxious weeds and is well sub-divided into convenient paddocks. It is a well known fact that tbe land ill the Aralmra Valley is the best dairying land on tbe Coast, and the sections to be offered are equal to tin' best in the valley. The properties are for absolute sale and those desirous of obtaining a nice farm, handv to factory, school etc. would be well advised io inspect these properties.
