The Premier is expected to deliver all important speech on the Home and Foreign Policy. Mr Chamberlain on Friday deals with the Near East, at Birmingham Conservative Club. There is significaiici’ in this arranged luncheon for the Prime .Minister, for in Mnncehster the most vigorous efforts have been made to bring about a re-union between the Coalition I ibernls ail id Wee Frees. Mr bloyd George is expected to justify bis policy, answer bis critics and reply to a recent' series of Conservative attacks.
