IUSTnAI.IAN AND N.Z. CABLE ASSOCIATION. RATH ENAU’S MURDERERS. (Received this dnv at 8 a.m.) BERLIN, Oct 5. At the trial of thirteen youths on a charge of murdering lla.thenati, the evidence shows the erimc-i originated in the brain of a seventeen-year old school hoy named Stubenrauch, who discussed it with Hans Techow. aged sixteen, who in turn tried to enlist the support of his elder brother, Ernest Techow, who said ho met the actual murderers Kern and Fistoher and diseased a plan for the murder of Rathenau wtih them. Kern was supplied with ample funds and was sent hv Ernest Techow into Saxony to bring a motor ear to Berlin. Ernest Techow says ho never approved of the murder, and was under Kern’s influence. The trial was adjourned till the 24th. '
