AUSTRALIAN AND N.Z. CABLE ASSOCIATION, HELP FOR AUSTRIA. (Received this day at 10 a.m') GENEVA, October 4. Italy having agreed to participate in the League of Nations modified scheme for assisting Austria financially, a committee of five under Sir A. Balfour recommends the control of Austrian finance be vested in a High Commissioner nominated by the League, who shall reside at Vienna and /a Commission of Control meeting at Geneva periodically.
