The annual meeting of the Westland Racing Club for the election of officers will be held on Friday night at B.3o'o’clock when officers for the year will be elected. A special general meeting will be held immediately after to amend the regulations, relating to admissions to the racecourse on race days. The grand concert takes place at Rimu to-morrow evening in aid of the funds of the Rimu Catholic School. A very fine programme has been arranged by the Sisters, which will include some notable items by the school children.
