The Swiss Consul protests against the charge made during the Gilr Council discussion that Swiss meters were manufactured in Germany. lie says all Swiss goods arriving in Australia are accompanied by a certificate signed by the British Consul certifying that' the goods were purely Swiss and that not more than five per cent, of enemy raw materials are included in su<‘h goods.
