The New Zealand Ladies’ Golf Championships meeting was concluded to-day, when, in glorious weather and before a large number of spectators. AI is Guy Williams won from Miss Bell, 5 up and 4 to play. Some very fine golf was witnessed. Miss Bell did not play quite up to the form shown the previous day, and, as Mrs Williams was steadiness itself, she gave her opponent no chance of winning. The prizes were distributed as follows:—Coronation Modal, Airs Dodgslmn ; second die isioii prize, Airs Fowler; best score, Aliss Gambrill; L.G.AI, Bowl, Airs Stewart; best gross score, AT is Williams (85) : Donnelly Cup, Aliss Bloomfield, and second division prize; Mellsop Cun. Mrs Gu.v William's; Rattray Cup, Aliss Culling; teams match. Wellington Club: champion, Airs AVilliams; runner-up Afiss 8011. The tournament has been a decided .success, the weather almost without exception being delightful, and D"’ inks in splendid order, which evoked tributes from all visitors.
