M. Janies Henri de Rothschild, described as the son of Baron Henri de Rothschild, was sued in the Supreme Court here to-day by Milo. Alarie Proquet, a French girl. for alleged breach of promise. AIHo. Proquet demands 1100.000 damages. She alleges that last April M. James de Rothschild, who arrived in this country early in the year to study American hanking methods, persuaded her to conic to the United States to marry him. The marriage, it, was agreed, she says, should take place within a reasonable time after iier arrival. This alleged promise, she states, -M • de Rothschild has failed to carry out.
