Auction Sales.

At Ross on Saturday next at noon, Messrs W. .Jeffries and Co. will hold important sales by auction of Ross town property. Under instructions from the Public Trustee in the estate of the late Mrs B. Roberts, U e firm will sell a number of lots including one section on which is the Commercial Hotel, to he sold as ;i going concern, with the exception of the piano and billiard table will lie sold separately, the stock in trade to ho taken at valuation, luill particulars of the other sections appear elsewhere. At the same time and place under instructions from Mr T. V". Bruce, the auctioneers will sell two sections, one with a six roomed dwelling thereon with every convenience, situate in Avlmer Street and a section adjoining Huberts Hotel. At Arahura yards on Oct. 3rd, the same firm will hold their spring sale and particulars of the entry appear in our advertising columns.
