The Sub-Union met at 8 p.m. Present :—Messrs F. McGregor (t hail), G Adamson, Stafford, Sellers, Seehcck, .J. Breeze, Me.Vfanimway, Cutbush, i). Doweil. Butlaud. Slei 1 and JLowat. A letter was read from the Excelsior (.lob asking for a percentage of the challenge match against Lnitcds on Saturday, Sept. 23rd.—Received, and resolved that 2-3 per cent, of gates less expenses he handed to the two competing teams. Resolved to request all footballers to .support the Beautifying Association sing song on Saturday evening. ! A letter was read from the West Coast Rugby Union asking for Suhl'nion to find <ust of the two loeal representatives in the trip to Nelson. Resolved to ask for statement ol ro eeipls and expenditure, and also to submit statement of list ol expenses incurred in reetnt representative lixl ures. ' An apple) by the Ivokatahi Club was sent in Irani the West (oast Rugby Union asking for the Sub-Un-ion. to supply information of the rides governing the question in dispute.— Received; to lie supplied.
