INDIANS ASK BRITISH NEUTRALITY. DELHI,; September 12. The Moslem members' (if the Indian Legislature have memorialised the Premier and the Veeroy (Lord Reading), stating that on 'behalf of seventy millions of His Majesty's Moslem subjects, they urge on His Majesty, the necessity of the strictest neutrality by Britain in the Turco-Greek conflict, and 1 expressing a hope for the conclusion of an honourable peace, by- which the Turks will retain Asia Minor a«d also Thrace, including Adrianople. They urge also the removal of international I control over Constantinople, with a guarantee for the freedom of the Straits. They urge also the recognition by Britain of the Sultan as Khnlif of Islam.
