A GERMAN PLAN. TO EXECUTE ALL THE INSANE. BERLIN, September 8. A proposal to ease the economic situation in Germany by killing all the incurably insane, was made the subject of an article in a loading criminal law journal, the “Strafreelits Zeitung.” * It states: “There are 834,000 insane people ir_ Germany of whom at least half are incurably insane. These peoplo should he painlessly executed, by tlio asylum surgeons. Tho article suggests that permits for such executions should be granted, on the application of the relatives of tho insane, after a thorough investigation is made liy a highly specialised court.
