AUSTRALIAN AND N.Z. CABLE ASSOCIATION NEW YORK, Sent. I. Harry Wills, the negro heavyweight boxer, knocked out Tut Jackson, ol Ohio, a coloured heavyweight, in the third round of a bout scheduled for 15 rounds.
NEW YORK, Sent, 1. Johnny Dundee outpointed Pepper Martin in a 15-round bouL LONDON, Sept. 1. The boxing writer of the “Daily Chronicle” says that Todd, who defeated Frank Burns, is the best middle weight boxer Britain lias known in recent years. His ability to bold opponents with straight lefts to the face is quite up to championship form. Todd is a boxer, not a fighter, and is tin only middle-weight with a chance of beating Kid Lewis, who took 11 rounds to beat Burns, while Todd was surprisingly out of all danger in the third round.
