MR HUGHES' SEAT. SYDNEY, Sept. 5. Mr Hughes stated tlie elections ’-ill take place early, probable on 23 th November, or 2nd December. All the candidates have withdrawn from North Sydney national selection. Mr Hughes is practically the selected candidate. He desires to announce the news officially at Bendigo on Friday.
