POLLARD’S PICTURES. “THE BLUE MOUNTAINS MYSTERY.” WEDNESDAY AND THURSDAY. At th© Princess Theatre fur two nights only, hy (arrange Went with E. J. and Dan Carroll, Pollard’s are presenting the great Australian drama “The Blue Mountains Mystery-.” It was up to Raymond Lohgford to follow his magnificent photoplays, The Sentimental Bloke and the Rudd Selection Comedies with something quite out of the ordinary, Apparently Longford realised this. His visualisation' of Harrison Owen’s The Story of the Natungn is finely directed and well acted. Marjorie Osborne, well-known in society, takes a big part. She is a surprise as an actress, Bernice Vore (of Snowy Baker dramas), John de Lack and Billy Williams appear to advantage. Ivy Shilling does a solo da nee in a ballroom scene. At last somebody lias taken advantage of the beautiful scenery within a short train ride of this city. Picturesque vistas of the Blue Mountain's are included. They’re quite eye-gladdening too. Patrons can reserve their seats at Mclntosh’s shop next to Theatre. The prices are: Circle 2s 2d, Stalls Is Bd, children 6d downstairs.
McLEAN’S PICTURES. “REMORSELESS LOVE” TO-NIGHT. At the Princess Theatre to-night, Mr McLean presents another of the splendid series of Selzniek star productions, starring the graceful Elaine tTammerstein in a great stirring six-reel special, “Remorseless hove.” This is a great attraction and should not bo missed. The programme also includes the final episode of the great serial, "The Branded Four,” a two reel comedy and a Gazette. Coining on Friday, “The Furnace.”
