tUSTKALIA.N AND N.Z. CABLE ASSOCIATION. GERMAN COMPLAINT. BERLIN, Aug. 31. The “Vossische Zeitung” states Germany lias complained to Hungary that reactionary elements which are lighting against the German republic found assistance and reluge in Hungary, and that Krzl orger’s murderers found an asylum there. Germany is aware that Hungary does not intend to support such elements, hut the fact that they arc alowed to remain there is practically tantamount to support.
