NEW YORK, August 28 A Chicago message states four menu bers of the shop craft union have been arrestd, charged with wrecking Michigan central train, cabled on June 20th. The police state one confessed that they pulled up the spikes with the deliberate purpose of killing the driver and fireman. He also re vealed plans to bomb shops and sleeping quarters of non-union men ano wreck the New York central train. The acoused absolved the Union, stating violence was fostered by a small band of Radicals, who had been actively spreading Bolshevist theories.
