Train wrecked by a cow. MONTREAL, July 7. A row asleep on the rails yesterday wrecked the Ocean Limited, an express bound from Halifax. N.S. to Montreal. A mail clerk was killed and the train crew and several passen'gers were injured. Tho accident loeci.irred near St Morse, Province of Quebec. Several carriages were derailed and overturned, tearing up the permanent way.
