There was a good attendance of buyers and competition was animated throughout. The majority of the springers were young cows, second and third calf, and sold well. The best price being 15 i guineas for two third calves, one a shorthorn and the other a Jersey shorthorn cross. Springing heifers made up to 121 guineas. The whole entry was cleared up at satisfactory prires. The following prices were paid.
