AUSTRALIAN AND N.Z. CABLE ASSOCIATION. KAISER’S BOOK. BERLIN, Aug. 17. Mr Clinton Brainard, head of McClures, the publishers, lias secured the world rights of the ex-Kaiser’s me■s, for fifty thousand sterling. He lias now arranged with both M. Viviuni and Mr Asquith to write volumes in reply. It also is reported here that one of the most sensational chapters in the ex-Kaiser’s hook deals with his making an offer of temporal power to the Pope in event of the latter living successful in peace mediation.
