WAR ON' RUST.
•LONDON, August 17. The Association of manufacturers of Xon-eorrodable and anti-corrosive Products has declared war on rust. Mr Robert Hadfield is the leading spirit of the movement. He declares the woild’s rust and corroding represent an annual, wastage of more than five hundred millions sterling or practically one third of the annual output of iron and steel products.
