COST OF PATENTS. LONDON, August 13. A White Taper announces a conference of Representatives of Empire patent offices evrflved a scheme whereby the cost of patents throughout the Empire will be considerably reduced. The Conference proposes, pending the creation of a Central office, that patents granted by the United Kingdom be accepted throughout the Empire.
