In connection with the London Conferenco the Allied Finance Ministere and experts have been, occupied all the day in considering the practicability of M. Poincaire’s proposal • M Lasteyrie (France) strongly objected to further concessions • l>eing made Germany with respect to the moratorium as they had practically given Germany a partial moratorium while Germany had guaranteed nothing. The British members stressed the danger of n complete collapse of Germany unless they acted with extreme care. The expert? meet to-morrow morning to draw up a report. The lull conference meets in the afternoon to consider the report.
