GERMAN VIEWS. (Received this day at 8.30 a.m.) BERLIN, August 8.
Cabinet discussed the French coercive proposals and declared the requisitioning of belongings of Germans in Alsace is illicit, as the German Government purchased them for twenty five million francs. Cabinet decided to await the result of the Condon Confoienco.
