I horse, (2 charges), fined i s and costs 7s and 20s and :-(isis 7s'; Alf Graham, 3 horses, fined lOa and costs 7s; .Tas Duncan 1 horse, l ied 20s- and costs 7s: F. Preston, i horse, fined 20s and costs 7s; M. Connolly, 2 calves. (2 charges), and 1 cow and 2 calves, lined 10« and costs 7s each on two first charges, and 20s and costs 7s on third charge; J. Devanev. I cow, fined 5s and costs 7s: T. Stopforth, 2 cows and 1 horse, fined 20s and costs Is. CYCLING ON FOOTPATH.
Borough Inspector (Mr Seller s for Mr Park), charged J. Lock Jr. with riding a bicycle on a footpath, during which lie knocked a child down. Fined 10s and costs 75.. the Magistrate stating he would have made tile fine heavier only for the culprit being a voting lad. LICENSING ACT
The Police changed two residents of Kanieri with being on licensed premises, Empire Hotel, Kanieri during prohibited hours. Convicted and ordered to pay costs 7s each. m DEBT CASES.
Estate of late B. Wade (Mr Wells for .Mr. Hannan) v. M. Henderson, claim £IOB 17s 3d. Judgment for plaintiffs with costs £(L4s. Griffcii and Smith Ltd. (Mr Wells for Mr Hannan), v. M. Henderson, claim £B7 Us 9d. Judgment for plaintiffs with cost s £5 3s.
