Dublin reports state the Nationals continue to drive the Irregulars in the West, practically unopposed. The rebels itro retreating so rapidly in some districts that it is impossible for the Nationals to keep pace with them. They are described as a demoralised horde, torn by mutiny and -di/ssnsions. One leader, Revat, is reported to have been executed at Charlestown. 11 KPUBI.ICANS PREP A HE. LONDON, July 27. The Irish Republicans are concentrating in strength, under Mr De Valera’s personal command between Ferino.v and Waterford city. Apparently they are preparing for a battle.
