IRISH DAMAGE. LONDON, July 16. In view of the anxiety caused by ti c deliberate destruction of property bv Irregulars, an effort is being made by the Irish Labour Party Trades Union Congress to secure peace by a conference of the executive of labourite members. The new Parliament decided during the week-end to invite all colleagues in Parliament to meet at the Mansion House, Dublin on the 20th.
