Uo' let, an anarchist, attempted to shoot- M. Millcrand whilst returning in a carriage to Ely see palace. He fired into the wrong carriage. Boulet was roughly handled and arrested.
PARIS, July 14. Several official carriages were profeeding in the procession to Elysec Palace. When within 100 yards of the palace entrance, Bouvet who belongs to a young revolutionary communist organisation fired three shots at the first carriage. The ..occupants were not hint, but a bystander, a woman, was wounded and sent to hospital. M. Millerand (President) occupied the second carriage. PARTS, July It. Bouvet is ‘2'2 years of age. He declared it was liis intention to shoot M. Millerand. The first motor car contained Naudin, the new Paris Prefect of Police. The scene of the occurrence v.-.-s in the Avenue de Mnrigny.
