UNITED SERVICE TKI.F.GRAMB. RATHENA IJ’S ASSASSINS. BERLIN, July 12. . General Ludendorf was arrested in connection with Dr Rathenau’s assassination, and was taken to a police station. He was released, after making a statement. The search for Kerr and Fissher, Dr Ratlienau’s assassins, is developing into an aninpang man limit in tentra!'Prussia. The police commandos consist of one hundred armed motor cars, bicycles and dogs. Tlie fugitives were first traced to Lenzen on the Elbe river, where they were nearly captured. Thence they were chased through Mecklenburg and Hanover, into Saxony. They are now within a cordon, from which their escape is believed to lie impossible. If, however, they succeed in reaching Bavaria, they will escape.
