Clonmei one of the chief rebel strbngholds in South Ireland is isolated. The railways are cut and roads trenched. Ample supplies were commandeered. Heavy fighting is expected. CATHAL BRUGHA’S FUNERAL. LONDON, July 10. . . At Dublin the funeral took place of the recently killed Irish Republican * Leader, Cathal Rrugha, ex-Minister in the Dail Eireann. He was shot by Free State troops when refusing to surrender. Reports show that crowds witncsed Bfughil’s funeral;. Numbers of the Republicans and priests followed his coffin.
