HERRING.—In loving memory of Pvt. Harold Herring, 7th Reinforcements, killed in action, on July (it \ 1917. He heard his country calling For men to fight the foe ; he felt that he was needed So he volunteered to go. He has sailed on his last commission On a beautiful ship called Rest ; And his head is safely pillowed fin his great Commander's breast. Inserted hv his loving parents, sisters and brother.
