The employees of Abermain No 1 Colliery, who ceased work in sympathy are also to bo be prosecuted. Over 10°/) summonses are being issued . The trouble arose in connection with a proposal to absorb the employees of tbo Soak am No 2 colliery, now closed down, which is owned by tiie Abermain Collieries Limited; the management refusing to bo bound by a ballot taken at Sea ham to decide the names and order in which the men would be employed and reserving right to select their own employees. A.mass meeting of miners decided to return to work to-day, but fears are entertained that the prosecutions will lead to further trouble.
