Ml’ Massey Greene has announced that compulsory retirements were contemplated in the Navy, the same as m the Armv, hut the number of redundernnt officers raising is considerably less owing to the fact that those lent by the British Navy will lie reverted back, on a basis of compensation, the same as the Army, with pertain adjustments.
