The Mayor said it would he necessary to put two motors in, one at the take in to the Mental Hospital and one at .the place where tho Hospital took their water, a's there was only one line of pipes that supplied the both hospitals. A general discussion took place as to the necessity of placing a meter in and it was suggested that if the Hoard could arrange with the Mental Hospital authorities to do away with the necessity of the placing of a second meter, then .the Council would only charge a nominal fee.

Oil this understanding the deputation thanked the Council for the hearing .given, and promised to again approach the Council after having met the Mental Hospital authorities. The Council rose at 8.40 p.m.
