(Received this day at 1.30 p.m.) BERLIN, June 29. It is officially stated that the murderers of Itntheunu are named Techow, (a Berlin student), Fischer (a Saxon), and Knaur (of Mecklenburg). Altogether eighty arrests have been made. All are members of the Monarchist organisation. They include Techow’s brother, a student aged 21. who it is believed drove the murderers’ motorcar. Guenther (another student) is allegedly the chief conspirator, who worked out the details of the murder, and Seluitt (of Berlin), from whose garage the assassins obtained the ear.
