; . HAGUE, June 27. There has been a. meeting of the Credits Sub-commission. It resolved itself into a long drawn out fight between M. Litvinoff (Russian delegate), and the other delegates. The Russians replied to all the Allied questions with the declaration“We cannot answer, until we know what credits you will give, and what are your conditions.” Tt was finally agreed to give M. Litvinoff time to produce his plan.of reconstruction.
