ULSTER ASSOCIATION’S REPLY LONDON, June 26.
The Ulster Association, replying to Mr de Valera, describes his statement as all outrage to decency, to fcieign instincts and British and Irish chivalry. It might have been thought, the Association stated, that oil such si-n occasion as this, \vhep the whole wt>rld was stunned by such !i murder, the voice of de Valera would have kept silent, hut instead, lie had chosen a most solemn occasion to make statements which were not onlv a travesty of the truth, hut were maliciously designed to excuse a crime unparalleled in the tragic history of Irish jiffairs.
