DEMPSEY AND WILLS. NEW YORK, .June 22. Tex Riolcard has announced, after a discussion uhth Mr Kearns, that he will promote a Dempsey-Wills bout. Mr Kearns asked for an assurance that when a site is chosen, Rickard will obtain a guarantee that the authorities will not interfere with the tight. Tho terms of the bout have not yet been discussed.
